Ram is the only truck I'm aware of that has 2 sizes of full four door cabs. The first one I belive is simply called a Crew Cab. The second one is called a Mega Cab and is about 4 inches longer...the Mega Cab has legroom more like Ford's Supercrew. I found the Ram Crew Cab to be somewhat cramped in the back seat.

For dodge,
It depends on wich box you pick, when you build the truck, you can see the rear doors shrink when you select the larger box.
kinda silly.

Ram offers a quad cab which is essentially a scab but with four real doors (the back door is just shrunk). Now they also offer a crew cab which is essentially a supercrew. A few years ago their options used to be only between a quad cab or a mega cab, which has a huge backseat and you can even tilt back the backseats I think but the back pillar looks noticeable different/extended. I believe the mega cab is no longer offered now (in the 1500 at least), but I'm not 100% on that.

hah I had a Ranger before the F-150 - it supposedly had a "Super Cab." If there was anything super about that cramped set of jump seats in the rear, I'm not sure what it was.
