Unhappy Crew Cab 4x4 To Heavy For 2.5" Level?

So I am hearing people say that a 2.5" level will not work well on a Screw because of its very heavy 5600 pound curb weight. It puts to much tension on the front suspension and does not work well. So I guess aftermarket suspension is the way to go?

I ran a 2in Level from Pro Comp for about 8 months. Just had my 4in Lift from Rancho installed about a month ago. I didn't like the CV angles, the stress on the ball joints or the limitations of travel. Alot of people have ran leveling kits and coilovers like from F150 Lifts but I'd rather play it safe and return it to somewhat "stock" geometry.

Umm no? Haven't heard that one yet.

There are as many levels on supercrews as there as any other cab configuration. It isn't really any different. 2" would be better on the front end though, that's what I've got. Shouldn't have any issues as long as you don't beat on it. A level stresses the front end out, yes, but that's the case for all cabs, and even all makes.
