Default Crashed my truck

Crashed my '09 F150 XLT Supercrew on Saturday with less than 30,000 miles on her. I was hit from the right and pushed into a concrete barrier.

Damage is extensive, but not sure if the insurance company will total it out or not. Heaviest damage is right front fender, hood, grill, bumper, etc... Front wheels were pointed in different directions after impact and I had no steering. Additionally, both doors on passenger side are damaged, right rear quarter, left rear quarter, left front fender, left step, left front wheel, and both side impact air bags went off (glad they did too!). Other than the right front, it doesn't LOOK that bad, other panels were mostly just crinkled. Engine was still running with no visible fluid leaks.

What do you think? Totaled? KBB says the blue book value is $23,500ish but that sounds high to me.

That value sounds right - it's a little under half the cost of a new one.

No idea on if its totaled or not.

If the air bags went off they'll total it from my understanding. Unless every state is different.

Hope everyone is OK. Also hope they total it for you. Nothing worse then getting back a repaired next to totalled vehicle. They are never the same.

Wow that's crazy. Hope Every body is OK. Looks like the cab held up nice to the impact keeping everybody safe. I've seen other types of trucks with this level of damage but the cabs are crushed as well. Ford really has stepped up they're game in safety

The passenger compartment, with the exception of the airbags and the headliner, looks great. I'll tell ya what, those airbags did their job, my head bounced right off that sucker!

Is that on I-80 or 75? Looks right by the 480 split?
