Coyote tow stories

This is my set up, 5.0 supercrew with the 3.55 gear ratio. The trailer is roughly 5500lbs empty, a little over 7200lbs loaded. The GCVWR for the truck is 13500lbs, and I am at that with the family, camping supplies etc. The truck has no problems towing it, it moves off the line well, pulls the hills well, and no problems stopping. When I was shopping for the trailer I scaled a few of the half ton fifth wheels, they were to heavy, but the truck towed them happily and looked legal.
The only thing I plan on adding is some air bags to the rear suspension to help it out with the bumps and dips at highway speeds. I am averaging roughly 9mpg when towing this set up.

This is what I mainly Tow. Also I am have the responsibility of towing my Godmother's Camper from its location in Cocodrie, to a safe spot in Houma, when a Storm comes, haven't needed to do it yet and curious to see how well my truck pulls it. I beleive the Trailer Is about 6000#-6500# if the previous owner was correct.
I am thinking of getting my Father-In-Law an Anderson Hitch and taking his old WD so I can have one for when I might need it. Instead of trying to borrow one that is already set up.
Going to swap to 4.11 or 4.56s eventually as well. So i can run some slightly larger tires,

2011 5.0 w/ 3.73s. Tows like a dream. This is the setup I tow a handful of times a summer to the races. Trailer and car are probably around 5500 lbs or so. Closer to 6k when I have the 4wheeler. I usually have the bed of the ruck fairly loaded with tools and gear for a weekend at the track. The truck usually gets 13.8-14.2 mpg towing this setup. With the longest trip being 800 miles round trip to Kentucky and back. I came from an '03 F150 5.4 2V which got the job done, but you can tell it was really working. When it would rev it would make you cringe and the engine just didn't sound happy. When the coyote needs to dig in up a hill and downshift a gear, it just sounds right at home doing it.

I'm moving this weekend and am using a 2500 lbs (dry weight cargo trailer), we will more than likely have 1000 - 1500 lbs of stuff in it, so total weight of 4000 lbs + another 800 or so pounds in the truck for people, fuel and cargo. Truck is a 2013, Scab, 5.0 4wd with 3.55's, payload rating is 1600ish lbs so I'm good to go with 10% tongue weight. I'll make sure to post my experiences, I'm excited to see how it does

So went to camping world and looking at a travel trailer at 5900 lbs, the sales guy tells me I can safely pull a 6800lbs 5th wheel. My setup is 5.0 6.5' bed with 3.55 gears Screw. Any thoughts on this would be welcome .the picture is of the computer screen which showed that my truck can tow up to 9100lbs. But seems high from what I've read on this forum.
