Default Could Programming a simple keyless remote knock-out the AC

My Son and I picked up a 2009 F-150 Lariat and we only had one keyless remote. I picked up another one off of Amazon and ran through the programming steps as per the instructions: Close all doors, open driver door, hit unlock, turn the engine on 8 times with the last time left in the run position and then hit any button (lock/unlock) on the remote and PRESTO the new keyless remote was connected to the locks...HOWEVER....Now the AC is lighting up but the fans are not blowing??? Does anybody know if the programming of that new keyless remote may have triggered the fans to not operate/respond? On the NAV INFO system, I can clearly hit CLIMATE and see that the temps are set to 60 degrees, the fan speed goes up and down yet the fans aren't blowing....Any assistance/advice would be greatly appreciated as we're in Florida and it's stinking hot. I've attached the remote in question.

Thank you

Coincidence. Disconnect the battery negative cable for no less than 15 mins. Reconnect and try again.

Wasn't successful....So you're thinking the remote had nothing to do with it...is that correct?

Hey, I just wanted to say thank you again...I do appreciate you taking the time to help a complete stranger out. That said I think I got lucky....I was Googling Blower fan not working and a video popped up on YT about this topic: Blower Motor Resistor Replacement...So I opened the glove box as per the videos instructions and literally just jostled the resistor and connector and the fan instantly started blowing. I'm guessing I'm definitely on borrowed time and will have to replace it soon but for now, it's a relief knowing what was causing the issue. Here's the link to the video if it can help somebody else out:

Thanks again,

Mark
