BEDROCK

There's a 3 way plastic fitting where the coolent hoses come together on the front of my 2012 5.0. One side has the T.stat housing and another makes an approx. 20 degree bend and is in 2 pieces connected by a goofy slip fitting with what appears to be a wire keeper holding the 2 pieces together. Mine is leaking there. Has anyone taken that apart and what kind of gasket/O-ring is in there. I'd take it to the dealer but they're 200 miles away. I'd like to know what part I need before take it apart. I've been all over the Ford parts site and it's shown in several pictures but is not identified in any of them.
