I noticed with mine that I have to restart the seat cooling thing every time I restart the engine. In other words the seat cooling turns off when I turn the engine off. Once up and running I can feel the coolness but I can't say that it is cold.

My 2013 FX4 works well, bottom and back. It doesn't blast air but gets cool. It does have to be started back up each time you start the truck.
