Which do you prefer. I've got an 11 screw with a jump seat and thinking about changing to a console. Thanks for your opinions.

I prefer the 40/20/40 set up. I had a full center console in my last truck and a jump seat in my 2010. It's come in handy several times when cramming that 6th person in the truck. I just like the versatility. I usually don't carry that much in my console so the lack of space isn't a huge issue for me.

My 2010 f150 had a jump seat and my 2011 has a console. I prefer the console my self but the jump seat did come in handy every now and again but the look and functionality of the console is better for me personally.

I regret the jump seat. If I were to do it again, I would go for an FX4 lux or a Lariat with the console. That said, I do love my truck and how easy it is to customize.

Like you said just go out and buy a matching center console. If the year is correct then supposedly it should bolt right up.

jump seat! it provides enough storage for what i put in it and the added versatility of squeezing one more in....just nice to know that if i needed to i can cram my parents and 3 siblings and we would all fit legally!

I like the 40/20/40 set up, with the steering column shifter which I grew up with and just think looks right on a truck (personal opinion only), I like the "hidden storage" and the out of the way cup holders by the floor, plus I can fit my .380 pocket pistol under the cup holders so it is completely hidden if I ever have to leave it in the truck...

funny, my wife was adamant about the jump seat so she could administer HJs until she tried out the heated seats in the bucket seats..

I put seat heaters in my "bench" that isn't really a bench. I guess heaters in the jump seat portion might be a good investment!

I prefer the console and pity the person who has to sit in the jump seat
