Dont' be envious. It sounds like your SM is like mine. SA's just dont' want to warranty anything for anyone. Then again, SM's usually have more say in what can be done. My dealer doesn't give out loaners so that sucks.

I was planning on Permatex Silicone found in most auto parts stores. Put a small bead around the antenna and then run a wet finger around it to smooth the silicone. Like caulking a bathtub. Keep a lot of paper towels handy to wipe the excess off your fingers.

Fastenal is a great company. They can be pricier than other stores but well worth it.

*edit*
For the condensation, I'm almost positive it was because of the leak. Condensation forms on particles on glass/mirrors. Like foggy bathroom mirrors after a hot shower. If you clean your mirrors really well, there won't be any condensation.

Got the third brake light gasket replaced, headliner replaced, oil change, and tire rotation on Thursday. The good news: it appears they did a good job installing the headliner so I was pleased. The bad news: 1. the car rental place that Ford used to give me a loaner sucked (waited an hour for them to pick me up and prepare a base Camry for me; then they repeatedly called me trying to charge me for a bunch of things) 2. they (Ford dealer) got my truck mileage on the paperwork drastically wrong so I had to wait around an additional 20 mins to get that changed and corrected 3. I discovered this morning that my power rear window no longer worked because apparently the place Ford contracted out the headliner work to did not plug it back in. This caused me to make yet another trip to the dealer, ~$10 in gas, and another hour and a half of my time. Supposedly they're going to give me my next oil change free as amends.

All told for a common, simple third brake light leak fix it took 4 separate trips to the dealer, in excess of 6 hrs driving and waiting at the dealership time, and around $50 of gas. That's ridiculous IMO, but I'm glad my truck is back healthy again.
