Does anyone know if it's possible to swap computers out in a 2013 F150 ecoboost with the same year and model truck?

Which computer are you speaking of? There are a few on the truck. But if your speaking of the ECM I would think it could be possible but I'm quite sure it would mean a trip to the dealer for some reprogramming for your truck for things like mileage etc.
