Default Column Shifter not working

I have a 2014 F150 XLT STX when I go to shift from Park into any gear, Park is lit up but none of the other indicators light up and the truck remains in Park. Any ideas what that could be?

There is a cable going from the colum shift to the driver side of the transmission to move the lever going into the transmission which is connected to the lead frame.
The manual mentions a cable adjustment procedure.
I would get under the truck and see if it appears to be moving the lever. ( be sure truck can't roll on you.)
If it is moving thru the gears its possible to be a bad lead frame.
Also guys have pulled the electrical connector on the passenger side of the transmission to clean the multi pin connector.

Thanks figured it out, there is a plastic bushing connecting the shifter rod to the shifter cable that's what broke and the connector came out. If I hold it on the transmissions shifts fine.
