Thumbs up collinite 845

I don't know if this is visible to anyone else, but we'll see.

I wanted to test out collinite on my truck as I put a lot of miles on it and cleaning the bugs off at the end of each week gets time consuming. I put collinite on the front end of the truck, headlights and windshield.

Yesterday I put 500 miles on the truck. Muddy gravel roads, interstate, and then it rained yesterday afternoon.

I waxed back to the emblems on the fenders and it's kinda hard to make out in the picture; there's not much dirt on the front of the truck but there's a dirty/dusty film from the fenders back. I tried to capture it in a photo but I'm not sure if it came out like I wanted. Also, all of the bugs that I collected on the windshield yesterday morning wiped right off when it started raining and I had to run the wipers. I'm sold

Wait till you wash it, drying is so much easier. The water just falls off the truck and very little left to dry.

Another Collinite 845 convert! I've been preaching here since I joined how great this stuff is. Glad you like it, it's all I ever use.

You don't wax unpainted plastic like the black plastic trim on the F150. But 845 does not leave any white residue.

Yes you can put it on every single part of the truck, water will bead up and run off plastic like the body panels.

Pic of my truck a little over a year after I used collenite, and then only 1 coat.

I didn't do the grill, but I did do the bumper caps and my mirrors. No residue and bugs just wipe right off.

Will it bring the "black" back to the trim? I have been thinking about getting a bottle, but have been reluctant to try it.
