Ok this has been an issue I’v have for awhile.
2014 f150 FX4 5L
Symptoms are:
1 - Starting after a long time like over night the truck has a hard time starting. Starter kicks in and it attempts to fire then cranks for a 3-6 seconds but it struggles to fire up. Feels like fuel delivery issue. If I prime by turning the key to the on position a few times to prime that try it and it works fine.
2 - When driving it hesitates almost like it’s missing but it isn’t. If feels like when I had an old Civic and the AC turned on the car would lose some power. This will happen for only a few seconds and then fine for a few minutes then again. No cadence to this issue but happens sporadically.
3 - When cold or cool the truck will hesitate with power delivery. I push down the peddle and no power then it kicks in and snaps your neck. Doesn’t happen when warm.

Fuel pump fuse bypass was added.
Issue seems to be getting worse.
Fuel model was replaced.

130k on the truck with no tuneup like plugs - maybe over due ?
May have a couple issues here but would like some feedback.

At 130K, plugs are probably due. My experience with failing COPs (on another vehicle) was that it felt like a stumble in the mid-throttle range, which sounds sort of like what you're describing, so you could be due for those, too.

On previous cars, a long start was an indication of leaking injectors, but I'm not aware of that being a common problem on the Coyotes.

If you always buy gas at the same place, you might try buying it somewhere else just to eliminate the fuel itself as a potential problem. If you're buying at the local no-name stop and rob, try a few tanks from a "Top Tier" brand to see if that makes a difference.

"Fuel pump fuse bypass installed" is presumably the Fuse 27 relocation kit having been installed.
