Default Climate Mode Door Actuator Problems

I have a 2011 Lariat that I cannot switch between defrost, panel, and floor vents. I replaced the mode door actuator (by the gas pedal) but that did not fix the problem. I took the new actuator back off but left it plugged in, and tried switching the vent mode and the actuator did not do anything. Plugged the old one back in just to confirm and it still did nothing when plugged in but unmounted.

So I reset the Climate Control Module by pulling the fuse for a few minute and replacing it. That didn't help.

Any ideas on what is keeping my mode motor from doing it's thing? Seems to be electrical or control related?

The wire could be broken somewhere. The button on the dash could be broken, although if that were true you'd probably have other buttons not working, also.
