Default Clicking sound from dash

This just started a few days ago. When I go to start my truck, there's a loud clicking sound that sounds like its coming from where my radio and climate controls are. I don't know what it is. Should I take it to my dealer and have them check it out?

I've had the same thing for a while in my truck as well. Only on start up, not all the time. Sounds more like it comes from the console to me. Usually stops as soon as I shift into gear.

I'm gonna swing by my dealer after work and see what they have to say. I just turned 20k miles too!

I had this in my 09 Superduty. It was some AC actuator/relay. not a rattle, but you could hear it running or driving.

Mine has a slight clicking noise too, not sure if its the same as y'all's but it sounds like it. I hate to take it to the dealer for something as minor as that, I'll just turn up the music until it gets on my last nerve lol

Wondering if this is what I'm hearing from time to time in my '12 Lariat. I've noticed if I turn off the HVAC system it goes away.
