Default Chugging engine

I have a 2009 5.4L. Every once and a while the engine will start to chug and the whole truck will shake. The revs drop and it sounds like the engine is going to die. The only way to stop it is by shutting the truck off and then turning it back on. As soon as I do this the truck works fine. This will happen maybe once every 2-3 months.

I mainly notice this when I am in my driveway (it is sloped downhill) and it seems to happen when I am either slowly going up or down the driveway. Any thoughts?

Cam phasers. End of story. You likely have had a cel and if you check it it will tell you. Not too big of a deal

Thanks. Would that be covered under the power train warranty or should I just let it go? It doesn't really bother me as long as it is not doing damage. I am surprised that Ford wasn't able to get the issue fixed since the 5.4 has been around for a while.
