Truck is 2014 and has 35000 miles. I noticed that the running boards (primarily towards the back of the boards) have several spots where the chrome is flaking off or pitting and some rust is showing through. Brought it to a dealer and they reached out to Ford. Ford declined replacement. Has anyone seen this with their running boards? Any advice on dealing with Ford on this?

I had the same thing. they said its not covered because it is an "Accessory" even though it comes on the truck...
