Default Chip on the grill - warrenty?
I have a 2014 with fx4 appearance package. The grill is black but I noticed 2 chips the other day. Do you think Ford will replace it under the factory warranty?

No. Unless you can prove it's a faulty grille i.e. manufactured incorrectly, painted incorrectly etc. that damage just happens with daily use and flying pebbles.

I think you can buy a chips and dents plan on the extended warranty. I am unsure of the details though.

I worked for a dealer who warrantied rock chips up to 12k miles. But you had to have bought from them. This was specific to the dealer though.
