Default Check engine issues

I purchased my 2011 F-150 FX4 last year, had q check engine light for timing over advanced abd truck drove with about 60-70% power, I did the whole timing chain job, I got the truck back, the power was the same and the check engi e came back on immediately for timing over retarded, any one have a similar issue or know what to do here?

my local mechanic, ge has done previous jobs for me but, never had an issue, and mavis diagnosed the truck.

Take it back to your local mechanic. Obviously he didn't fix it. Did they give you any warranty on the repair work?

Tell local mechanic to take the oil pan off and clean out the oil pickup tube and the pan thoroughly, which he probably didnt do.

Do you know what codes you have. P0016 P0017 or P054C.?? And are they the same codes you had before the work
