Getting there, but you have a nice looking ride! I searched high and low for that one and lucked upon a body shop guy..older guy came into his shop and ditched both psinted bunpers for chrome(???). Still searching for the back one couldn't get it.

Thanks, but that white though! And you can do what I did and just order two good condition used bumper halves in white, or paint to match.

I did this... they are in my garage, waiting for the clear to show up before finishing them.

I just bought some Falken Wildpeaks and will have them installed either tonight or tomorrow. I've heard good things about them.

The falkens are good so far. Even wear and after 15k miles they still have a little over 50% tread left. They're quiet and ride well. Only downside is they're a heavy tire and my mpg definitely took a hit. About 2 mpg depending on the driving and terrain.

Hey Guys, OP here...

Here are the latest pics as of 2.15.15 or so. Still have some ideas to take action on but most of the hard stuff is done.

To be honest I think your truck looked better before the tinted tails! Something about tinting them takes away from the look of the truck IMO.

Love the bumpers tho!!

What are the painted bumpers made from?? Are they plastic??? I have chrome myself and was thinking i will just paint them. I did it on my old truck, with wet sanding and adhesion promotor and they looked great. Never had any problems with flaking etc. I just figure the chrome bumper must be stronger than the painted ones you can get from ford? Or am I completely wrong???

FX 20's
FX Hid and tails
FX grille
Rampage steps

I go back and forth on the bumpers, but I will be leveling when it's time for new tires.

Your truck looks great! but you're already most of the way blacked out so I'd go with the painted bumpers. They are metal... I just worried the paint wouldn't stick for a long time so I bought painted bumpers online, prepped and resprayed them. As for my tails .... I've been on the fence myself. I think it looks kind of cheap. I've been looking for a nice LED tail that doesn't look too "look at me!" but haven't found any I really like yet.
