Default CDDB(Gracenote Update)

So I purchased the FX4 a couple of weeks ago. Love the truck, love sync, but Gracenote doesn't recognize some of my CDs. Does anyone know if there is a way to update the Gradenote database?/

Default I got this from support at Syncmyride.com

Scott: If the meta-data tags (artist, album, genre) are showing as 'Unknown', the user can Edit the Music Library in Jukebox by following these steps:
Scott: • From the NGN Media Screen Select Jukebox.
Scott: • Select Options
Scott: • Select Edit Music Library contents
Scott: • Select the missing information that needs to be edited (Tracks, Artists, Albums or Genres)
Scott: • Whatever the Metadata information you selected the list will be sorted in alphabetical order. If the user wants to Edit Track Names that are listed as Unknown they can select "T-Z" scroll down to U, this will populate the list of Unknown Track Names.
Scott: • Select the desired "Track"
Scott: • The keyboard like screen will display.
Scott: • Type the desired name.
Scott: • Click "Enter"
Scott: NOTE: Please note that the voice recognition system will most likely NOT recognize the name the user inputs via Jukebox Edit for a ripped CD that comes up as 'Unknown' to GraceNote. At this time, this is a system limitation with the Jukebox and it may get updated in the next model year.
Scott: The second option to update the meta-data will be through ripping an original CD to a PC then editing the Tracks meta-data, using CD burning software applications, then burning a new CD. In order to do this, please follow the steps below:
Scott:
Scott: • Rip the CD through Media Software such as Window Media, Real Player, iTunes, Nero etc.
Scott: • Access the file location wherever the data is saved on the Local Drive. (The path that the user has chosen to save the file during the ripping process. Example C:\Documents and Settings\Profile Name\My Documents\My Music\......
Scott: • Edit the file name.
Scott: • Save the changes.
Scott: • Burn the Tracks to the CD using such Software (Media Player, Real Player, Nero etc).
Scott: Note: This process is not guarantee. There are other factors that may cause the file to still shows as unknown. Please recommend this option to the users that are comfortable doing it and explained to them that there is no guarantee that will work
