Default Can Sync be added

Hey I have another question. Sorry new to my F150. I have a 2012 F150 XL SuperCab that does not have Sync. Is this something that can be added? I know I would not have steering wheel controls unless I replaced my wheel as well. But is there any other way to do this?

Thanks. Sorry didn't find the info when I searched.

It's not worth it, upgrade to a better blue tooth head unit.
The only upside of sync is bluetooth calling/ music playback and I doubt it is financially worth it.

Yeah sync sucks you really don't want it. I end up arguing with the lady more than anything.

Yes you can for about $3500 parts plus dealer install, about 8 hours, so you are looking at about $4500.

All that $$$ so you can experience the joy of this frustration:

Haha that is me almost every day. Trying to make calls on the damn thing is the worst. End up having to initiate the call from my phone cause the stupid thing wants to call people I haven't spoke to in years.

It once dialed my boss at 3AM during a family cross country trip. When I asked Sync " Bluetooth Audio", Sync replied, "Calling John Smith, Home"

I ended up having to delete the phone-book from sync to keep it from dialing at random. I now initiate all my calls from my phone.
