Default can someone help

I am changing out my main body harness for camera, sensors I got one of the connectors unplugged on top of the gas tank, but have one other plugged in and can not get the red safety pin pulled to unplug it. I dunno if it would make it easier to drop the gas tank alittle to get to it or take the muffler off. I am hoping someone can help me out. I have posted on the topic but no one has answered. Also how would it be best to run the new harness over the frame and under the bed with the connectors it looks almost impossible. Please someone help.

I think i read in a post a long time ago that the easiest route is to remove the bed... not the fastest, just the easiest.

this is why a lot of people are simply running a video feed alongside the main harness, and not actually changing the harness.

Thank you for the reply, but unfourtantly I don't think I can remove it by myself and don't have a star bit big enough for the bolts.

It's probably because nobody knows the answer. Not trying to be rude, but that's a pretty big job, that probably isn't really that commonly attempted. Good luck though.

You can buy the single torx bit for like $5-10. Get a couple buddies to help you remove the bed? Theyre not THAT heavy just akward. Just removing the bed is alot of work though and I havent done this wiring job so i cant say if thats the best route or not.
