Default cam phasers?

Just changed 2 cam phasers on 2010 4.6l , cheapest ones from rock auto, all was good for a little while,
once engine warms up all goes bad , rough idle , stalling , even reving it up does not go away, weird that when starting and
let idle for a long time it runs fine , its when you put your foot on the gas all goes to hell.

There’s a very high probability the your non-OEM replacement phasers have taken a dump, even despite the low miles on the new phasers. There are countless threads and YouTube videos warning of the perils of using non-OEM Ford cam phasers.

You might get more/ better answers if you explain your issues better...
Did your trk that ran good for a while...what is that??? warmed up & crapped out when hot ??
5 min/5 hrs/ 5 days/ more....knowing may make a different answer...
were the GOOD parts cheaper @ Rock or did you really buy the cheapest you could find ??
My .02 cents but really that's what I got outa your post.....Good luck....

“cheapest phasers from rock auto” already sounds like a bad start, OP. This isn’t something you want to go cheap on.

Also, if I was a betting man, I’d bet nobody popped off the oil pan to clean all the disintegrated timing chain tensioner guides out of the oil pan so the oil pump doesn’t get clogged up.

Thats what Im thinking, just ordered the top ones from rockauto, hopefully this works, it's odd that when the truck
is started it runs fine when idling, could let it run for an hour without problems, its when I I rev it up its starts all over
again, and stays constant, checked cam sensors and they are fine , along with VCT sensors.

I take it you might be droping the pan & cleaning it....why don't you change out the oil pump to a melling pump ??
It seems in a lot of other posts on this subject to be the way to go !!
