Whether you own the truck or not is irrelevant, you still own the pics but at the very least you should watermark your material. I've looked into copywriting my stuff but dam it's a really involved process, so for now I use a watermark app.

Your website is a free to access blog. Anyone can see your content. You should know better. Even it it specifically states that they are your creation. If anyone was monetizing "your" photos then you may have a gripe. They're just going into Jo Blows pick up truck. Suck it up buttercup.

I received an email a few months ago from this forum, and it had one of my pics in it, and you know they've got advertising, so it's a for-profit operation, and yet no link, no credit, nothing.
THAT one got under my skin a bit, and I tried emailing the webmaster, to no avail.
And as to the suggestion of watermarking, I'm looking into doing that on all future images.
