Definitely adds to the looks I think. They are a little pricey but worth it compared to all the hassle of cleaning and painting each caliper.

I'm thinking my truck being pale Adobe and with black wheels, I'd best go with a black caliper cover?? What's your thoughts guys?

Black for sure. Red would look awesome against the black wheels but not with the Pale Adobe.

I've done it the past and they would fade. Why is that a "poser" vs painting them? They still look like a brake caliper. Why don't start calling out on the guys with the Raptor wannabes lights in the grill?

To each thier own I guess. Do what you want with your ride, it's your money. I chose to put on caliper covers for convenience. Nothing ricey about it IMO.

Has anyone ever had clearance issues on the front, between the caliper cover and wheel? I don't think they need a lot of space as they install pretty much right against the caliper and are quite thin, am I correct? I realize the rear is not an issue, as the caliper is set back further.

Tomasulo yes the covers are thin, just guessing around a couple mm" thick. Just measured 5mm from the cover to the closest inside surface of my wheel (front)... Installed mine back in the spring, no issues at all with fitment, etc.

Thank you! So you have 5mm clearance from your cover to inside wheel?
