Default A/C problems

This is my first post here. I’m new and usually come here looking for answers for various problems or projects.
I’m currently having problems with my A/C in my truck. When it gets hot outside, usually higher then 90, my A/C will go blow cold then it gets hot then cold again and so on. The fan is also incredibly loud ONLY when the A/C is on. I want to try to figure out what it is exactly before I go ahead and purchase anything to fix it.

If you have a 2011-2014 truck then Do a Google search for f150 ac problems, it is a known issue. There are some fixes with pipe wrap around the low side and then a resistor fix.

Edit you can check the freon level but it is generally fine.

It’s a 2010 and I have been unsuccessful finding anything online that helps me.
I did check the freon level and it was fine
