Question Bypass Filters

Has anyone installed a Bypass oil filter system or a Bypass coolant filter on their F150's? I used to have a diesel Excursion with Bypass filters on both coolant and oil. Perhaps there is more need for small particle filtration on a diesel. Any opinions?

I will be using the Amsoil bypass system soon on my truck, probably install it next spring/summer.....Coolant bypass? Why would you need that on the F-150?
