In hot weather(it is 104 today) the lower right speaker starts buzzing and rattling. In tempartures below the mid eighties it doesn't rattle at all.
I figure it must have something to do with the temp of the (really thin) sheet metal.
Any ideas?

 

Always buzzing could be a flakey ground. Rattling could be a loose speaker. As things heat up, they move. So in hot weather, there is a chance your speaker could loosen up. Remove the door panel and check your connections (for buzz) and tighten your screws (for rattle) before you get into a lot of heavy duty troubleshooting....
