Front bumper is 3 bolts holding down the hood release, and then 4 I think 21mil nuts(2 each frame horn). Unplug fog lights if you have them.
Lift bumper up a bit and then out. Everything else is removed from the bumper after its unbolted.

Rear bumper is 6 bolts(3 per side, 1 bottom on the inside towards the plastic middle, and 2 above that) twist your license plate lights out and should come off easy, will be somewhat flimsy as it is 2 pieces of metal with a plastic middle. If you need to disassemble the bumper, there will be a bracket on each end of the bumper. Take out the 2 bolts per side, and then take pliers to the plastic clips and squeeze them a bit just to get them through the hole.

I took mine off before it was painted. Just a few wiring harnesses on the back to disconnect and 1 ground wire to upbolt thats hard to see. Just have to reach your hand up and feel it but its easy. Then 4 or 6 bolts to remove the bumper.
