Default Box decals

I removed my box decals and put some aftermarket ones on (fx4)end of last summer. They were fine all through winter then yesterday i washed my truck by hand and when i came out to leave for work the next morning i had a few of the small letters in the word "offroad" peeling up?

Did i not clean the area good enough? Did i get a bad set? Starting to understand why the OEM ford ones are so much money.

Depends on a few different things. Surface prep, application, material, elements, etc.

I tried to find a aftermarket set that was all one piece like the OEM ones and could not find any.

I haven't looked close at the passenger side since the wifes car was next to my truck but i didnt notice anything when i walked past so maybe just a poor prep job on my part on driver side?

starting to lean towards just going no decal....i like how the FX4 decals break up color though since everything is all painted.
