Getting ready to finally pull the trigger on a Borla 40842S S-Type Muffler for my 2013 5.0. Will I regret this decision? Who has done the same and was pleased with their decision?

I was going back and forth between borla, diamond eye, Mbrp, solo, Gibson, magnaflow, and so on. I finally decided on this diamond eye kit on my 5.0. I feel the sound is incredible and deep. So I'm hoping I don't regret my decision as it will be here Monday.

I've got the complete SType system, I like it.

I have the S-type on my 6.2l with the resonator deleted. Its a beauty without drone. You will love it.

We have done alot of S-types in our workshop it is perfect for the guys the want that gentlemans rumble and be classy. You will be happy with it, it is not loud and droning system

To answer the OP's question about anyone that didn't like it. Ya, there likely has been, but they're also the ones in the park you see with a butterfly net, and named Mr. Dolby.

Pleased with mine and am reinstalling my resonator delete pipe this morning to see how loud the Borla is now that i have 55k on the truck.

If your not happy with the stock resonator try the Vibrant Ultra-quiet Resonator. It's smaller than factory resonator, I put one on mine with the Borla 40085 and I love it. I listened to the Borla 40085 with the stock resonator on and it was too quiet. I think the vibrant is a perfect fit.
