Does it also disable Auto Stop Start?

This will cure the battery low message and allow me to play my radio with engine off longer than 1 second?

It did for me. You could, of course, have other problems that create these issues. Like an actually dying battery.

i replaced my battery a while ago because it was actually dying. The message still comes regardless. I even did the battery relearn process.

Try unplugging it, see if the messages stop within a couple days.
