Default Bluetooth device disconnected

Hey guys 2011 F-150 with my ford touch or sync, whatever it is. Ever since I upgraded my phone months ago I get this message often and cannot use my device with the truck. I’ve restarted the phone. I’ve erased it. I’ve refreshed the sync. I had dealer check the radio. Nothing seems to help. Am I missing something? Apple iPhone XS

Do a master reset I think it's called. It wipes all previously connected devices. Then try to pair the phone again. It's in the menu to do the reset, not sure exactly where on your version.

Pretty sure this is the problem right there. And I think you misspelled "downgraded". Wait for an update, hope it fixes the problem.
