Default Blower motor in dash

Anybody had issues with their fan speed going up and down on its own? The dash screen will show max fan speed but it is not and you can hear the fan cycling up and down on occasion. Any thoughts??

Yep that was it. I wonder if changing my battery out recently caused it to fail?
