I just bought a 2011 f150 fx4. The air would blow out of the main dash but not through the defrost or floor vents. Then it started clicking behind the radio. Does blow cold and hot. I replaced the blend door actuator behind the radio and the clicking went away. I replaced the mode door above the gas pedal and now the air blows out of the floor and defrost vents but not the main vent. Any suggestions?

 

Line it up and/or calibrate it?

 

Did you replace with Motorcraft parts?
