I have a 2009 f150 fx4. i have a 6" BDS lift, i want to add bilstein 5100's in the front and rear, i want to adjust the fronts to add another 2 inches or so. what are my options for leveling the rear with the front? what are my options for add-a-leafs? what size increments do they come? any help would be appreciated thanks.
