Billistein 5100 cost of install?

I know it's old but some may be interested as this is still a popular mod.
I just bought all 4 Bilsteins 5100 from AJUSA for $333 shipped. Great service and fast shipping once they got the parts from Bilstein.
I went to my local Ford dealer for install as I know they've done 5100 installs before. It was done for $312, this included only the fronts and alignment as I did the rears myself.
Rides way better and I have a new view out of the front. I used the highest setting which is 2.25 level. I only put in a few miles but the ride is way better in that it feels like a truck and is more controlled..
