Collinite 845 is awesome. Love this stuff. A little goes a long way. Based on what I've seen others say about the longevity, I'm confident it'll get me through the winter with ease. Some was stripped off when they did my film, so I just opted to re-wax the whole thing back in October.

I've only owned the truck for 8 months, so I'll take their word about it lasting so long! So far so good.

Do whatever surface preparation is necessary first; clay bar, spot remover, scratch rub out, etc.
Then give it a coat of Collinite 845.
The easiest, longest lasting wax I have ever used.

I applied Collinite almost 3 years ago. I'll let the reflection be the qualifier.

^ After 3 years, there is no wax left on your truck.

At the end of the day, Collinite is a wax. Durable, yes, but a wax none the less. Go with a polymer based sealant that bonds with the paint, and you can put Collinite on top.

Are you blind? Brand new on the lot my truck didn't shine like the pic I posted. I do have to admit I only have 9500 miles on it.

Again, after 3 years of washing, driving, rain and sun, there is no wax on your truck. Period. Nothing is left. Ceramic Coatings do not last 3 years.

How do you explain the finish on my truck then?

It's clean. I'm not speaking down to you, but it is a physical impossibility to have wax left. Your truck is just showing some reflections because the surface is clean. There is no "wax shine" or deep, wet look to it, merely looks like clean paint.
