Another vote for colonite 845, I just used it for the first time on my dads car..... Borrowing it until the f150 comes in... Anyway, it is pretty amazing stuff. We'll see how long it lasts, but I am very impressed with ease of application and removal,
I like Opti-Seal from Optimum Polymer Technologies. It is a good sealant that lasts for at least 6 mos and you can apply it in 15 minutes. You simply spray on, spread, and walk away. If you happen to spray it on your rubber, chrome, or windows, it won't hurt anything. If you spread it around on your windows, it dries completely clear and won't affect your vision. In fact, you will see that water beads right off the windows.
