So, Is the point of this thread, How can I make this truck "mine" & "cool" for less than the price of a tank of gas? And here I thinking about wasting my money on a supercharger and stainless long tube headers.......

I guess to add to the point of this thread, yesterday I took the truck to a muffler shop and had them hack the muffler off and weld a pipe in. A little over $50 bucks, but probably the best goddamn $70 i ever spent.

Sounds perfect.

What a concept. A filler you can actually use.

I'm sure there's brighter one's, but I liked that they were Phillips brand (Familiar anyways), and they are 3 or 4x's brighter than the stock halogens.
I would recommend them.
Also installed these.

I am finding that Phillips and Sylvania are better engineered than most Chinese-special bulbs.

Sorry, I mean they are engineered, as opposed to the slap-a-cluster-on-a-base design.

Thumbs up EZ Down Tailgate Assist

EZ to install and under $50.00

Picked up for $24.95 and spent less then a 1/2 hr to install, works well and looks cool too.
