I think you just ordered the actuator, while Bowhunter ordered the kit (aka Pop-n-Lock). The kit is perhaps easier to install, and comes with the wiring. I did the actuator ($8) and supplied the wire/connectors. Install was a breeze, and it is still my favorite mod.

I need to do this for my dad as well. Driving around the dairy and farm with no seatbelt on gets quite annoying when in his pickup whereas mine is turned off. Nice and quiet

No, I had one from a while back when I did the lettering on my pistol.
I got mine at a hobby shop.
