I was lucky enough to get a screw in my tire the other day. I took it to my local Discount Tire, as they repair them for free. They fixed my tire but put it back on black side out. After I noticed, I took it back and notified them of thier mistake and kindly asked if they would make them all that way. They first told me it would be $48.00, but then agreed to switch them at no cost. IMO, black side out looks much better.
