Default Beeping at 85 mph

I have a 2014 ecoboost plaint jane work truck, I bought it used.
If I drive 85 mph or faster the truck starts beeping it will stop when i drop below 85. There is NO my key set up at the moment, but i have tried setting it up and selecting the unlimited speed. Any ideas this is very annoying.
Is there something that fleet companied add on to keep employees from driving a certain speed?

Thanks in advance

It was most likely ordered that way from Ford by the fleet manager. Not uncommon for fleet vehicles to be like this, since you don't want the kid you just hired ripping around at 100+ MPH with your company name on the door.

Ford should be able to deactivate it. Forscan would too, I'm sure, if you're comfortable using something like that.

Next time you are going 85, just try your brakes. I bet it gets crazy.

Yep, pretty common on fleet vehicles, rentals, etc. just turn up the radio and hammer the go-pedal a little harder...85 mph gets you RUN OVER in my part of the world. Or find the beeper unit and destroy it with great vigor.

Thanks for the help guys, I guess with every question it generates some sarcasm.
But in reality, sometimes you hit 85, maybe it's just passing someone. Or maybe one of my employees was injured on a jobsite and I feel the need to be there as quick as possible. Either way the sound is annoying. So again thank you both for the helpful answers.
