Default bed cover w/ tool box

Hey everyone.

I have a low profile tool box on my truck and I don't want to get rid of it or get an "in bed" type of tool box because I like having the tool box not sit on the floor of the bed. I also would like to get some type of bed cover for my truck, as well.

Any ideas on how to put one of these on with a tool box?

Have you considered the swing case. I have one on each side, they swing open and fit under the retractable tonneau cover.

There are 2 different Brands that make suitable covers for use with tool boxes. Access and Extang ad come I a wide Barry if roll up fold, solid fold, hinged, snap. Most of what I've seen come in the $700.00 range. The other issue you will encounter is the low prifile tool box will be a PITA to access.

I got creative and solely full size job box after realizing a cover would cost me the price of a nice bak flip, I purchased a low pro 12" black northern tool slim line box, and scored a free 5.5ft for tri fold soft cover. Had to raise the tool box with mouths I made of heavy duty rubber and bolted everything you head rack and everything works as it should.
