I wanted to determine if I needed drain tubes first. Thus far bed is dry without the tubed.. The. VP is designed not to need them.

I'm looking to get a cover this spring for traveling. Besides the water issue how is the cover holding up. Anyone think its great, good, bad or whatever? Does anyone think the vinyl with fade or has cracked over the winter. Thanks

Thus far, only praise for fit, finish, looks, installation ease, dry bed underneath. Experienced two rains and a hose down. No leaks. YMMD, however, if you repeat my installation instructions, I expect your mileage will be the same. give me several weeks and my opinion might change - but, for now, I expect no change of opinion.

I posted photos of my VP install, showing some close-up measurements which might assist. Phots at gallery here.

Anyone looking to buy one of these the best price I found was on Ebay of all places. Bought one this morning for $640 shipped for a 6.5' bed, I believe the 5.5' is even cheaper. No where else came close to that price. I was leaning towards getting the Fibermax or HD but for the price I couldnt pass up the VP.
