Default Which Bakflip is the Ford Custom Accessories?

I was curious which of the Bakflip models is the one supplied by Ford Custom Accessories by Rev?

I have heard Rev is supplied by BAK. I have also heard it was the HD. Can anyone confirm?

Well I found a helluva deal on the Ford Custom Accessories Hard Folding tonneau. Which I have also found out is the Bakflip HD. I paid $250 for it locally in perfect used condition.

My only issue is I have the tailgate step and it seems to leave a small gap at the tailgate on the corners? Should I just bring it further from the cab and closer to the tailgate?

Its the HD I think. On the auto anything description, it claims the hd as the same cover used from the factory.

for the price Ford wants for it, it had better be the F1 or the HD.
almost $1300 here IF I had opted for it.

yes REV is a subdivision of BAK and the cover is like the HD. Supposedly they have been undergoing testing through Ford to upgrade the cover to the F1 FRP panels.

The REV cover is indeed made by BAK Industries. It is most similar to the HD with a few upgrades like core density, powder coated finishes etc.

One big differene is that Ford gives you a $600.00 residual for the REV cover, which means it increases your resale or turn in value by $600.00. That's pretty extensive! Also, you can add the REV cover to your amortized payments, which means that it's lighter on the pocket if you choose to roll it in at the time of purchase.

BAK definitely makes the best folding cover. It appears that Ford agrees.
