The Sync Lockpick will let you add a backup camera among other features. http://www.coastaletech.com/synclockpick.htm Easy install, about 45-60 mins including running the wires from the back of the truck.

We have a complete kit that contains the Sync lockpick and the OE fit tailgate emblem backup camera for your F150. Save money by purchasing them together in this plug and play kit:

https://camera-source.com/products/f...c-fim-lockpick

It will connect directly to your navigation screen and will allow you to turn the camera on any time you want, besides just coming on in reverse. You will also be able to override all those pesky motion locks that Ford puts in the navigation so no more stopping to enter an address or watch a DVD (if equipped with DVD). No dealer programming is required!

Call us if you want more info or drop us a note! Happy to help!

I installed the LockPick on my 2013 F150 FX4 with a front cam from https://www.camera-source.com. I love this device. I paid a local stereo shop to install it for me.
I regularly watch movies (on the Nav touchscreen) with a Western Digital TV Live Plus (+ WD 300GB USB hard drive) while driving on long-ish trips. It's not as distracting as some haters would have you believe. Worth every penny!
