Default Backspacing / offset rims

Well i have decided to not bother trying to fit 35's on my stock rims and just get new rims and tires. I want an 18x9 with 35/12.5/18. Right now i have 2.5" level in front and 3" block in the back. This spring im going to be puting a 6" lift on it. So my main question here is what offset and backspacing am do i need. I dont like the tires to stick way out thinking -12 is to much?

2009 Fx4

Also any rim sugestions would be great!

depends partly on how much you want them to stick outside the fenders. With large tires, you may have a little rubbing with a -12mm offset from what i've seen, but probably not too much with a 6" lift.

I have 295/70/18 with a 2.5" level in front and 3" block in back, 18x9 +18mm offset and they stick out about 1" past the fenders.

I am having a 6" lift and new 20x9 wheels with a -12 offset installed on thursday. I will post pics after it is done to give you an idea.

Oh yeh, the tire will be 325 60 20 which is basically a 35x12.50 20.
