Default B10F1-14 code, ignition switch or ignition lock cylinder?

I got a B10F1-14 code today while scanning my 2011 F150 5.0 with FORScan. My symptoms are the bell only chimes once, my seats don’t return to the preset condition and my dash lights go out. If I push the key in any direction the bell starts chiming and the seat starts moving. While trying to determine the problem I ran across several videos describing these symptoms and saying that the problem was either a bad ignition switch or a bad lock cylinder. I would really like to pin it down. Do you all have any experience with these issues which could help me determine the problem? Thanks

I replaced the key tumbler when my door chime stopped working on exit with key in ignition.
I don't have power seats for what it's worth.

Looking up the code seems to be a 4×4 issue.

Mine was doing similar weird stuff and it was the lock cylinder. The dealer had to program my old keys to the new lock cylinder as well. It may have PATS or other govt. stuff in there.

I found out from Newbie 5 and Spiky you don't have to program anything with the lock cylinder but still my lock cylinder was the cause of all the weirdness.
